FASCZ Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to feel safe and satisfied with every FASCZ experience. Due to the special nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards and offer fair and transparent return solutions for defective or damaged items.
1. Return and Exchange Policy
To request a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The item is defective, malfunctioning, or was damaged in transit.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products can only be returned if the defect is proven.
Note: FASCZ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Submitting a Request
Contact us at kontakt@lxqee.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order Number [Your Order Number]”.
Submit Required Documents (see Section 3 below)
Approval and Instructions
Once approved, you will receive a return address and instructions for returning the product.
Product Inspection
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
Refund or Exchange Processed
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Exchange items will be shipped after the return has been approved.
3. Required Documents and Evidence
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we require the following documentation:
Order Number
Clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage
Proof of Purchase (order confirmation email or screenshot)
Brief description of the problem
4. Return and Exchange Deadlines
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, the return must be shipped within 7 days.
Exchange items will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
5. Refund Method and Timeframes
Refunds are processed exclusively via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after your refund has been approved for the funds to appear in your account.
If your bank or payment provider requires more time, please contact them directly before contacting us again.
